If you are looing for a place to party, please do not book my apartment. Little Rock's best museums, libraries, arts, entertainment, business, and culture are all within walking distance. HOWEVER, we are not in the hotel district. The closest hotel is 2 blocks away, so be aware of the location when booking. This 6 unit building has recently been completed updated. The plush queen size bed, comfy reading space, fully equipped kitchen, and private laundry were all designed and chosen to ensure your comfort while exploring our city. The studio apartment has a complete kitchen featuring a gas stove and all new kitchen essentials. There is a small snack basket with complimentary grab & go items as well as bottled water for you to enjoy during your stay. The studio unit is on the 3rd floor with only stair-access. While there is private covered parking at the rear of the building, the unit must be accessed through the front door. There is a private walkway around the building should you choose to park there. There is also free on-street parking as well. Please let me know if you need anything during your stay. I live on-site and can be reached easily. If there is a fire or medical emergency, please contact 911. We are located in the MacArthur Park Historical District. We are next door to the beautiful Terry Mansion. Public Transportation is available in Little Rock, however, it is very unreliable. Ride services like Uber & Lyft do operate in the area. Additionally, Lime Scooters are normally accessible within a block or 2 of our location. Besides asking that you treat our beautiful building and units as your own, we ask you to follow these basic house rules: *Absolutely NO PARTIES! *No smoking anywhere on premises - inside or outside *No pets *No unauthorized guests/occupants/visitors other than those prearraged and approved with the host via AirBnB *No illegal substances or activities *Please report damage or problems with the home immediately **This studio apartment contains stairs and may not be suitable for elderly guests or children. ***While the studio apartment is not child-proofed, children are welcome and DO count as guests.
