Premium flat Jabaquara: located near the beach

We have spacious and fully equipped flats: queen bed, up to 2 single beds, LED TV, closet, air-conditioning, bathroom, and private laundry, full kitchen with cooktop, microwave, utensils, refrigerator, filtered water. Flat 200 meters from the beach and close to the historic center, in the Jabaquara neighborhood, a neighborhood that is close to the historic center. The space Our space is a seasonal rental condominium with 8 flats: 4 upper and 4 ground floor, semi-detached flats, all have the same position, amenities, comfort, and all have the SAME standard and configuration, on site there is a large patio in the outdoor area where all guests have access, in the ground floor flats there is a laundry in the outdoor area, in the upper flat there is a laundry in the indoor area, in front there are 4 open rotating spots in front of the building (on the sidewalk), no flat has a balcony, but in the upper flats there is a larger door facing the condominium patio that gives the impression of a balcony. On the right side of the parking lot there is a faucet, which guests can use to wash their feet when they arrive from a tour, so as not to dirty the apartment itself with sand. Guest access WE ARE LOCATED IN A NEIGHBORHOOD CLOSE TO THE HISTORIC DOWNTOWN OF JABAQUARA. WE ARE NOT LOCATED IN THE HISTORIC DOWNTOWN OR EVEN NEXT TO IT, BUT WE ARE CLOSE BY AND OFFER A GREAT VALUE FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO BE CLOSE TO THE HISTORIC DOWNTOWN, and much cheaper than staying next door or even in the historic downtown, and much closer than many neighborhoods and lodgings in Paraty, to take into account when booking. The street we are located on is a paved street and you do not need to go through the dirt road in Jabaquara. On the street, there are some houses that are also lodgings. We have ground floor and upper floor flats. Reservations with pets will usually be on the ground floor. There is a small open laundry area. We provide a gate key and a door key per apartment for guests, who, when entering and leaving, must always keep the gate locked at all times, as well as being responsible for keeping the reserved flat locked whenever they leave. There are no flats with a balcony. Other things to note SOME HOUSE RULES: - Any damage to the apartment and its utensils will be charged at check-out - You must give advance notice that you will bring the pet, so that we can put it in a room that accommodates the pet. - Smoking is not allowed inside the flat. - No third parties are allowed to enter or stay overnight. (if this occurs, Airbnb is notified to pay for the extra people before check-out); - Please turn off lights and turn off air-conditioning, electronic appliances, etc. when leaving the house, or when not in use. - Please leave clean dishes when leaving, as well as the stove, and keep the used environment clean and organized. We have cleaning supplies available to guests in the apartment. - Please do not enter the apartment with sand and dirty feet. - Noise (loud noise that exceeds the ambient sound) is not allowed, nor are parties or gatherings. - Music, TV, and the like only at ambient volume and within the apartment. - If you lose the key, a fee will be charged. - If you break or damage any object and/or furniture, as well as stain, tear, or any damage to bedding, towels, etc. you will have to replace or reimburse the full amount, and if there is a refusal to pay, Airbnb will be contacted to reimburse the item in question.
