The space The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, and a large double bed (160*200) pull-out, the mattresses of which were replaced in the summer of 2024 with high-end hotel bedding. In the entrance, you will find bunk beds (90*190) whose safety rules require for the top bed: - A minimum of 6 years - A maximum of 55 kg The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a vanity unit. The toilets are separate. Finally, a 5 m² loggia, with quality synthetic grass, will allow you to enjoy the outdoors and the Plancha. Guest access 100% of the accommodation and its equipment are accessible to travelers, with the exception of a locked metal column in the living room as well as a locked crate, stored in the exterior wooden cupboard. Independent arrival possible, and key box in front of the entrance to the accommodation available. Enjoy! Other things to note No barbecue but a large electric plancha, and also a little AirFryer since may 2026. Masks, snorkels, beach games, beach seats are provided. Beach towels not included (but bed sheets and towels are provided if you pay for). Children's scooter (2 to 10 years old) available. Use of mobile air conditioner: - Plug in the socket - Connect the air conditioner duct (stored in the cabinet) to the drain in the wall opening onto the loggia. - Place the bucket behind the air conditioner with the thin transparent pipe to collect condensate during use.
