Jerusalem Dira w/ Succah Balcony

A beautiful dira in Givat Shaul, with two bedrooms and a large living room. There is a 12m2 balcony, which is completely kosher for a succah. The balcony is surrounded by a railing, so building a succah will be easy (there are two walls already). Close to Shuls, Shteiblach, Mikvaos and supermarkets, and there is a chutznik Minyan down the road (Yeshivas Ner Moshe). It is a ten minute walk from Romema and a twenty minute walk from Har Nof. Guest access The entire apartment is at the guests disposal. Other things to note There are four proper beds, and a mattress. The kitchen and its appliances are fully kosher, and only guests who properly observe the laws of kashrus can rent the apartment.
