Sunny 2-story penthouse appartment with private access via elevator & comfy lounge terrace. Located in the heart of Munich very close to the Oktoberfest (2 min walk). Direct access to public transport (Goetheplatz, lines U3/U6) that take you anywhere, e.g. Bayern Munich’s Allianz Arena. During sunny days you have stunning views of the Alps. If required, we can also rent out an additional parking spot. As we are subletting, we require copy of your ID upfront. Please handle our home with care. The space 1 spacious living area with open and fully equipped kitchen including a large dinner table which easily seats 6 people 1 large master bedroom with king-size double boxspring bed and has an ensuite bathroom with bathtub and separate shower 1 room with double sleeping couch and 1 office space 1 cozy sleeping area on futon bed on 2nd floor which also entails the second office space with adjustable desk The terrace has a nice outdoor couch where you can also sleep during hot summer days and enjoy a night under the stars. Feel free to use the Weber BBQ as long as you do not forget to turn off the gas afterwards! Guest access Entry to house: As the house is also commercially used, the house entry is mostly open or opens via a buzzer (black) directly at the front door during regular working hours. Outside of working hours the apartment key also opens the main door. Entry to apartment: The apartment is on the 6th floor and has to entries: one directly through the elevator (via appartment key) and a second one through the official entry door. The entry door can only be opened remotely (smart phone access can be provided separately via Nuki App) and is supervised via safety camera. Guests do not have access to the two storage rooms within the apartment. Other things to note All rooms are equipped with Sonos speakers that can connect via AirPlay once connected to the Wifi. Also the TV living room with the two main stereo speakers do have AirPlay.
