The space The room is well-lit, with plenty of natural light streaming in through the windows during the day. At night, you can adjust the lighting to your preference, with dimmer switches to help you set the mood for a restful night's sleep. The room comes equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. - A very comfy double/full size bed, - 2 nightstands, - 2 touch controlled night lambs, - A 55" Samsung Smart TV with 100s of channels (movies, news, music, sports, documentaries, shows, you name it) - Free Netflix and Prime Video access along with several other free apps, such as YouTube, Tubi etc. for your enjoyment, - 4-drawer dresser to store all your clothes and items, - A small-size desk and a swivel chair for personal/work related uses in the small attached section that can be used as a home office or a large dressing room. ➔ A 3.2 cu mini fridge, ➔ Make-up mirror with 3-color lights, ➔ All privately used silverware, plates, glasses etc, ➔ There's wireless broadband, ➔ 65" Samsung Smart TV in the room. ➔ 75" Samsung Smart TV in the living room. The room also features fluffy towels, and complimentary toiletries to ensure that you have everything you need. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 2-family private house and has 3 bedrooms two of which have other occupants (including the host). The kitchen and bathroom are nicely renovated and shared by the current occupants. The house is only 3 blocks from the 7 train which then takes about 15-20 minutes into the midtown Manhattan. The room is available for max 2 guests at a time. Whether you're visiting for business or pleasure, this room is the perfect place to unwind and recharge. Guest access ⏺ Please note that there are other occupants (including the host) living in this apartment, ⏺ Other than the private room, the rest of the apartment; the living room, the kitchen and the bathroom are fully accessible and they are shared spaces with the other occupants. ⏺ Also in summer or good weather, guests can access to the patio in the front yard. ⏺ The house (the main door) and the apartment doors have coded entry with the same personal code. During your stay The host is always available to answer any questions or to assist with any room/apartment related issues. Other things to note ⏺ NO SMOKING: This is a non-smoking house and smoking (includes everything from cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, and cigars to cannabis, weed, vaping devices, etc) anywhere inside the apartment is not permitted. There is a $300 fee for each violation. ⏺ NO DAY-TIME VISITORS: Day-time visitors are not permitted to enter that house without the expressed consent of the host, ⏺ NO OVERNIGHT VISITORS: No overnight visitors (except the 2nd AirBnb registered guest) are permitted.
