Charming house in the heart of the Pays d'Aix: you can enjoy the brightness of a house in the south of France, the calm and tranquility of the neighborhood. The space The 95 m2 house is located 2 steps from the center of the village where there are many shops (café, bakery, grocery store, butcher shop, restaurants, wine cellar, bookstore, newsagent...) as well as various activity areas 2 minutes walk (forest, pumptrack, skatepark, children's games, zip line, spider). And for your shopping, several stores nearby (Intermarché, Marcel et fils, Netto). The area is also rich in tourist activities with multiple sites to visit: Marseille 30 minutes away, Calanques and museums, Montagne Saint Victoire for picnics on the Roques-Hautes estate, Aix-en-Provence, Provençal villages, Gorges du Verdon... Other things to note The house and the private pool are not directly overlooked. We have a cat, Mitsu, who will be present.
