Baleia's Beach has a long stretch, soft sand and calm, shallow waters, great for bathers and families, with plenty of space for children to have fun. On the other hand, on the southern side, Baleia receives swells from the south and southeast and forms good waves, long and manoeuvrable, suitable for longboarding and stand up paddle. With few commercial establishments, most of Baleia's land houses residential condominiums, houses for seasonal rental and some inns.
