Want to go camping at the Swell Retreat South Side? And still sleep in a comfy bed? Then you want to go glamping! Glamorous camping at its best, our glamping cabins are the perfect combination of comfort and adventure. Sleep in the great outdoors, in a king bed & 2 fold down beds ---up to 6 guests--- Solar lighting inside. Swell Retreat South Side: 1 acre fun pond with a floating island, waterslide, ninja course, kayaks, paddle boards, fishing….Floating island and waterslide are active May-Oct. The space 208 total acres at Swell Retreat and the Swell Retreat South Side is 40 acres. Your stay will include a private glamping tent and shared access to Lacy’s Lake (includes the floating island, kayaks, and paddle boards). 10 acres of pine trees, a retired Christmas Tree Farm, with beautiful wild life. There is a self serve zipline in the trees. *Clean porta potties *Outdoor shower or the local swimming pool has indoor showers for a fee. *No power available near tents. There is internet and power available at the office….ask for details. Onsite Outpost: general store featuring camp essentials, firewood, ice, creamery ice cream, and a pool table. Optional add-ons: boulder pad rentals, UTV rentals, horseback riding, archery range, axe throwing, disc golf, Hearts and Horses. A couple miles away: grocery store, Maverik, and dining. 15 minutes away: world class bouldering, 3 reservoirs, Manti La Sal Mountain Range (Joe’s Valley). 30 minutes away: The Little Grand Canyon. Incredible view and easy drive to get there. Inquire for destination weddings, family reunions, corporate retreats, youth groups, our unique Hearts and Horses retreat or hosting your own retreat. Guest access Private glamping tent at Swell Retreat South Side. Shared common area with one other glamping tent: picnic tables, griddle and camp chef two burner stove (the propane is included), potable water dispenser, canopy, outdoor shower (private) and fire pit. Shared access to Lacy’s Lake, a recreational pond: 72’ floating island, kayaks and paddle boards, and fishing. Access is included in cost of stay. ***Ask about a South Side private retreat for your family reunion, corporate group, our unique Hearts and Horses Retreat, or hosting your own retreat style experience for your guests. Other things to note Clean Porta Potties on site. Outdoor shower available at Swell Retreat or the local swimming pool a couple miles away has a shower available for a fee. Cold weather months, bring your own Mr Buddy heater and propane or heat source. Roads are real slushy when wet, recommend 4 wheel drive in winter months. No dogs allowed in glamping cabin. You are welcome to bring a kennel for them to sleep outside, as long as that doesn’t cause a nuisance. We are pet friendly everywhere but in the glamping tents or glamping cabins. $150 cleaning fee if there is dog hair inside the sleeping quarters.
