Residencia Al Porto is an accommodation facility consisting of studio and two-room apartments of different sizes and types and is located about 100 meters from the beach and a short walk from downtown Spotorno. Nestled between the greenery of the typical Ligurian pine forest and the adjacent private lemon grove and the blue of the sea, it is ideal for families who want relaxation and tranquility combined with spacious and suitable spaces for children. The pool, solarium, outdoor playground, indoor playground and Wi-Fi area are shared by all guests of the property and are accessible for free. Each property has its own shaded car park marked and free of charge (while the property is full). Bike sharing is available (also suitable for transporting small children with front and back chairs). Self-service laundry service is for a fee (€ 5.00 per wash). At the time of check-in, the necessary identity documents are required for the registration and communication of the data of the guests to the Public Security Authorities, as required by Italian law and a cash security deposit of € 100.00 is also required.
