Take it easy at our unique **NEWLY RENOVATED**Lake View cottage getaway. Front and back patio outdoor space, perfect for relaxation. Steps to the water. The space Our property is located right across from Gardner lake! The sunrises and sunsets are amazing! We are located on the outskirts of town but close to everything the city offers. We are also 1 min from Gardner golf course and about 5 mins to KC winery! Kitchen *NEWLY RENOVATED* Brand new kitchen counter tops, cabinets, and floors! The Kitchen if fully stocked with everything that you might need. Enjoy a full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. we also provide all cooking ware. Living Room The living room is directly off the kitchen with an entrance to the back patio. There are 2 couches, a coffee table, and a flat screen TV. We provide internet and HULU, however, feel free to log-in to any of your streaming services to enjoy. Master Suite The Master is located right off the kitchen. We have a comfy Queen-size bed. There are two built-in night stands with storage, as well as a large walk in closet. We store extra blankets, pillows, sheets, and the blow up mattress and pump. We also have extra paper towels, and toilet paper for your use. There is also a built in vanity with extra storage, perfect for getting ready or office work. There is also another set of doors to access the back patio. We also have a pack-n-play as well as a crib sheet for any little ones that might need it. We do have a few baby/toddler toys, books, and a diaper genie that are all located in the Master closet. Bathroom **NEWLY RENOVATED** New shower/tub combo, as well as new vanity, lighting, and floors! We also have a washer and dryer in unit with laundry soap for you to use at your convenience. We have bath towels, and a couple of beach towels located in the storage area above the dryer for guests. Outside In the front of the house there is a small deck with a loveseat, perfect for lake viewing. In the back we have a LARGE patio space with furniture, as well as a fire pit and a gas grill. Guests are responsible for their own propane. This area is perfect to enjoy evenings outside. We also have fishing poles, small tackle box, and two bag chairs on property in case you might want to fish. There is a public fishing area right across from the house. Guest access Guest have access to the entire house Your door code will be sent to you the day prior to check-in. Other things to note There is plenty of parking located on site. My husband’s shop is located at the very back of the property, he will need access. Pleas park next to the house and not in the middle of the drive, do not block the back gravel driveway. Thank you!!
