This 3,000 sq ft 1-story peaceful escape has everything you need to relax. Sleeps up to 10, 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, TV room, floating fireplace, pool, hot tub, fire pit, dining areas, luxury kitchen, tons of natural light, yoga area, back and front patios and multiple areas to unwind. Perfect for families and friends. The space A spectacular modern property complete with amazing views of the woods and mountain. This large 1-story getaway's has high ceilings living room with a floating fireplace and huge windows overlooking the woods, two patios, skylights and tons of lush nature. Central HVAC The living room has multiple sitting areas and a floating wood burning fireplace. The dining area, has a table that can seat up to 8-10. Huge kitchen includes a long island and extra 4 seating, stainless steel appliances - microwave, dishwasher, plus everything you'll need for meal prep and cooking, bring your extra spices though if salt & pepper alone don't cut it! Three full baths, Four bedrooms - two with queens, two with kings. A seperate TV room with a 50" smart TV (no cables). We have a sofa there for one person and an extra floor mattress if needed. One side of the house has the master bedroom, two other bedrooms and the TV room. The other side of the house has a guest suite. We also have a pantry room next to the kitchen as well as laundry machine and dryer. Recently we added a yoga area in the basement. Back of the house have a bluestone patio with a new grill. Front of the house has a large bluestone patio with a lounge area. Pool is heated, salt water, 32 x 16 feet. Optional additional fee to heat the pool at $45 per day in July and August (in the colder months of June and September the heater charge is per usage as it can be costly, weather depended). We also have a new hot tub that fits 6 people. The Woody is located right between Woodstock and Saugerties with both being about 10 mins away. Attached carport for two cars plus extra parking area.
