Character house + pool

In a charming hamlet 7 minutes from Mirepoix, in the middle of nature, we rent our main residence. A favorite house, located in a large farmhouse furnished with several homes, which we enjoyed renovating. A living room upstairs (air-conditioned) offering a beautiful view of the Pyrenees from the terrace, the bedrooms on the ground floor to sleep in the cool. The little plus? A beautiful pool shared by the owners of the hamlet for you to fully enjoy! The space On the ground floor there are 2 owners. The configuration of the accommodation is rather atypical, the living room is upstairs, and overlooks a terrace of 15 square meters facing south. On the ground floor, the entrance hall gives access to the laundry room, a first bedroom with a bathroom and toilet (separate) in which there is a trundle bed. Bedding is new. Then a master suite, with bath, shower, and a separate toilet. We have a 160*200 bed, very good comfortable bedding. From this master suite another small bedroom in which you can possibly install a cot or mattress to sleep an extra person. It is equipped with blackout blinds. We have a Sofa bed in the living room as well. Our house is a real favorite, we hope it will be for you too! We do not have a cleaning fee, just because we are not on site and we ask you to leave the house as you found it, hoping that everyone is playing the game! We have quality furniture and we hope you will take care of it as much as we try to do on a daily basis. Other things to note The swimming pool is open from 10am to 7.30 pm from June to September inclusive. It is not possible to eat or smoke in the pool.
