Character house + pool

In a charming hamlet 7 minutes from Mirepoix, in the middle of nature, we rent our main residence. A favorite house, located in a large farmhouse converted into several apartments, which we enjoyed renovating. An upstairs living room (air-conditioned) with beautiful views of the Pyrenees from the terrace, the bedrooms on the ground floor to sleep in the cool. The little extra? A beautiful swimming pool shared by the owners of the hamlet that you can fully enjoy! The space On the landing there are 2 owners. The configuration of the accommodation is rather atypical, the living room is upstairs, and overlooks a 15 m2 south-facing terrace. On the ground floor, the entrance hall gives access to the laundry room, a first bedroom with bathroom and toilet (separate) in which there is a trundle bed. Bedding is new. Then a master suite, with bathtub, shower and a separate toilet. We have a 160 x 200 cm bed, very good comfortable bedding. From this master suite, another small bedroom in which you can possibly install a travel cot or a mattress to sleep an extra person. It is equipped with blackout blinds. We have a sofa bed in the living room as well. Our house is a real favorite, we hope it will be for you too! We have no cleaning fee, simply because we are not on site and we ask you to leave the house as you found it, hoping that everyone plays the game! We have quality furniture and we hope you will take care of it as much as we try to do it on a daily basis. Other things to note The pool is open from 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. from June to September inclusive. It is not possible to eat or smoke in the pool area.
