Tastefully remodeled home with an open kitchen, dining, and living room area. Featuring four bedrooms (two twin beds, 1 full beds, and 2 queen beds), two bathrooms (complete with bathtub), and a private backyard with a covered deck and outdoor dining. New white oak hardwood floors throughout with spacious open concept style living areas. The galley-kitchen is stocked with all of your basic cooking and baking needs. Outdoor covered patio and seating fantastic for gatherings and hangouts. The property is permitted under the city of The Dalles Short Term Rental License #15-23. Guests have access to the one level home and the yard which is only partially fenced. Guests access to the entire home, except laundry room, an owners space and the garage. The laundry room can be available for renters over 2 weeks. There is a $35/week charge. Guests will have check-in access provided with door access code to the home the evening before their check-in date. With some notice, we can be made available to meet guests when a need occurs. We are always available to assist in emergencies. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and you can also spend your time walking to the parks and trails you can reach from the front door. We are in a suburb area and as such have neighbors. We do not have a TV remote, instead we offer chromemast streaming from your smart device. Please note, we are self managed. This is a non smoking, non event space; We do not allow parties or large gatherings. We do not provide refunds due to 'Acts of God' or due to inclement weather such as with natural causes / 'mother nature.' We do highly recommend securing travelers insurance with your booking. Our cancellation policy is strictly enforced along with AirBnb's policies (as such, only extenuating circumstances will warrant a refund on any future bookings if outside of the cancellation policy that is in place).
