The space Layout of the apartment: The entrance of the apartment leads through a pavilion. The flat does not have an introductory hallway, it is entered directly into the living room which is connected to the kitchen area and dining room. There are three doors leading from the living room: 1. To the master bedroom. 2. To the second room, which serves as a bedroom with a convertible bed and, if interested, also as a massage area with a table. 3. To the bathroom. Kitchen equipment: The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an electric oven with a barbecue, a fridge, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, a kettle and a milk filler. Also there is a full inventory for dining. Living room: The living room is furnished with two sofas, an armchair, a smart TV and a speaker with Bluetooth connection. Bathroom: The bathroom is equipped with toilet, shower cubicle, washbasin and hairdryer. Bedrooms: • The master bedroom has a double bed of 180 × 200 cm and a smart TV. • The second room is equipped with a sofa bed (bed 140 × 200 cm) and if necessary there is the possibility of a massage bed. ————————— Apartment Layout: The entrance to the apartment leads through a gallery. There is no entry hallway; you walk directly into the living area, which is connected to the kitchen and dining space. From the living room, there are three doors: 1. To the master bedroom. 2. To the second room, which serves as a bedroom with a sofa bed and, if needed, can also be used for massages with a massage table. 3. To the bathroom. Kitchen Equipment: The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an electric oven with a grill, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, a kettle, and a milk frother. A full set of dining essentials is also available. Living Room: The living room features two sofas, an armchair, a smart TV, and a Bluetooth speaker. Bathroom: The bathroom includes a toilet, a shower, a sink, and a hairdryer. Bedrooms: • The master bedroom has a king-size bed (180 × 200cm) and a smart TV. • The second room is furnished with a sofa bed (140 × 200 cm) and can also accommodate a massage table if needed. Guest access The apartment is located in the heart of the old town, near Šafárik's Square. The property does not have an elevator and the apartment is situated on the 1st floor. Parking is not provided directly at the flat, but PAAS paid parking is available on the street (2€/hour, from 08:00 to 24:00). If interested, I can provide you with a parking pass for €15 per day. ————————— The apartment is located in the heart of the Old Town, just a short walk from Safarikovo námestie. The building does not have an elevator, and the apartment is on the 1st floor. There is no dedicated parking space, but paid parking (PAAS) is available on the street (2€/hour from 08:00 to 24:00). If needed, I can provide a parking card for 15€ per day.
