Our home is located in Camperdown, just a quick 10-minute bus ride to Central Station and within walking distance to some of Sydney’s most vibrant neighbourhoods including Glebe, Annandale, and Newtown. Enjoy easy access to public transport, cafes, pubs, gyms & convenience stores. You’ll have your own private bedroom with a queen bed & en suite bathroom. The kitchen, lounge & TV are shared with us, your hosts Alex & Gwynne. Guests are also welcome to use the rooftop pool in the complex. The space Our modern, two-level apartment offers everything you need for a convenient and comfortable visit. The lower floor features a fully equipped kitchen, lounge room with entertainment system, balcony, and an additional bathroom with laundry facilities. Upstairs are the bedrooms, each with their own en suite bathrooms. The apartment has independently controlled air-conditioning/heating units in every room, along with fast WIFI. Please note: We sometimes have dogs staying with us. If you have allergies or would prefer a pet-free environment, let us know at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate. We’re friendly, respectful, and available should you need any assistance during your stay. We’re always happy to offer local recommendations and tips to help you enjoy Sydney to the fullest. Other things to note - Check-in before 10pm - Flexible checkout available—please enquire if needed - Smoking permitted only on the balcony - Maximum of two guests Please observe quiet hours from 10pm to 7am, as we have early starts for work. If using shared areas in the evening, we kindly ask guests to finish cooking by 9.30pm and to keep noise to a minimum. At times, we also dog-sit for friends.
