The space Hanul Cu Mesteceni is located in one of the quietest and most picturesque positions, which offers both a special landscape and the long-dreamed peace of a vacation. Hanul Cu Mesteceni is located in the area of the Dacian Fortresses Sarmizegetusa, Blidaru, Costești, Piatra Roșie on the Luncanilor Plateau at about 1000 m altitude, a place full of history and traditions. As tourist attractions in the area there are the Dacian Fortresses, the Hunedoara Castle, the Ponorului Cul-de-sac, the Cioclovina Cave and the Poiana Omului (the place where Decebal is supposed to have committed suicide) as well as the possibility of hiking and mountain trails. 
The capacity of the cottage is 14 people, which can be supplemented with folding beds depending on the comfort required, the cottage being composed of ground floor and attic. The ground floor consists of a fully equipped open space kitchen, living room and bathroom. The floor is composed of 2 bathrooms, 2 double bedrooms and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds. The attic consists of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Other things to note INTERNAL REGULATIONS HANUL CU MESTECENI 1. The following terms are established: Location - 5 bedroom apartment, 4 bathrooms, living room, open space kitchen and dining area offered for rent in hotel regime located in Tarsa village no. 49A, Bosorod commune, Hunedoara county, Romania, plus access to the areas with common destination for tourist/tourists and owner/administrator parking, barbecue, gazebo Tourist/Tourists - the person or group of people who rent the location described above in hotel regime Owner/Administrator - the owner or administrator of the Hanul Cu Mesteceni location located in Tarsa village no. 49A, Bosorod commune, Hunedoara county, Romania. 2. The location is managed by the owner/administrator directly from its address. 3. It is strictly forbidden to hold events (parties) in the location, expressly stating that the location has only the function of accommodation, not an event room. 4. It is strictly forbidden to use sound systems (speakers, amplification stations or karaoke) or other similar devices. 5. The owner/administrator can set the acoustic level in the location so as not to be disturbing. 6. Smoking inside the location is strictly forbidden, it is allowed only in the strictly arranged places outside the building. The location is provided for the protection of the Tourist (s) with smoke detection sensors inside. 7. The tourist(s) will be accommodated by registration with an identity document, the minors being registered on the basis of the identity document of the guardians or of an adult who assumes their responsibility. The responsibility for damages or accidents, as well as the safety of minors, falls on the accompanying adult. The location will be handed over to the Tourist/Tourists based on a handover report accompanied by an inventory list of the goods in the location. At the end of the booked stay, the location will be handed over to the owner/manager in the same way. 8. The tourist(s) have the obligation to hand over the location to the owner/administrator in the state of integrity in which they received it and with the inventory of the goods existing at the takeover. In case of destruction, damage to the location and inventory goods, the Tourist(s) have the obligation to immediately notify the owner/administrator of the location about the damages caused and must pay in full the equivalent value of these damages. 9. Pets are not allowed in the location. 10. It is strictly forbidden to use obscene language and gestures, screams and antisocial behavior, acts of physical, verbal or other violence against common sense, the owner/manager reserving the right to ask the Tourist/Tourists in this case to evacuate the location regardless of the time of the paid stay. In case of refusal to evacuate the location, the owner/administrator reserves the right to request the help of the competent state institutions. 11. This Internal Regulation of Hanul Cu Mesteceni is published on the assumed promotion and reservation websites. From the moment of booking the location by the Tourist/Tourists, it is automatically considered that the provisions of this Internal Regulation have been acknowledged, understood and accepted in their entirety the responsibilities arising from it. 12. Check in between 3 p.m. and 9 p.m., exceeding this interval will be announced by phone or text message to the owner/administrator. 13. Check out at 11 a.m. Thank you for choosing to be our guests.
