It is an ideal proposal to rest, at any time of the year. The space The space is ready to enjoy all year round, being thermally conditioned with cold-heat air equipment. It has 2 bedrooms, one en-suite with a double bed and the other with a single bed with a movable trolley to assemble a second bed. A spacious and comfortable dining room integrated with a kitchen with a breakfast bar and a balcony equipped with a table and chairs from where you can enjoy the ocean view. Some ideas we want to share: 1- Be discreet and polite with the neighbors, they are too. 2- Please be respectful of the apartment, it is our private vacation home and we care a lot. We would be very happy if you could take care of it as we do. 3- Please do not smoke inside the house. If you need to smoke, you can go out to the balcony or the garden on the ground floor. 4- We are very careful in the use of energy resources. Please turn off the air conditioners and other appliances when you're out. 6- Please keep the refrigerator and kitchen clean, and leave the apartment as you would expect to find it. 8- We love pets, but in this case they are not welcome, sorry. 9- If you accidentally break or damage something, please be honest. We'd rather know! Other things to note The building has a swimming pool, solarium, covered spaces to prepare and eat barbecues and semi-covered spaces to enjoy and relax. In addition, it has a beach umbrella service (no lounge chairs) and private parking inside the property, as well as friendly and attentive reception staff for any need.
