Garden Living in the Rainforest, King Size Beds!

Relax in the open air concept of this home nestled between the rainforest and beaches, this house is a perfect location for a wonderful vacation. A unique open air living style, with large kitchen, and comfortable lounge, including a swinging couch. Enjoy nature as you drink your morning coffee and have breakfast semi- al fresco. Keep everything at the perfect temperature with a large fridge. Keep cool and comfortable as you sleep in the airconditioned bedrooms. Enough room for everyone! The space Your private vacation unit is located on the first floor of a two story home. While both units may be rented, they each provide privacy for our guests. Garden Hideaway provides a large Open Air Kitchen and Living Room with a view to the yard and patio. Enjoy your coffee and breakfast, even if it is raining, as you sit under cover, but open to nature. There are two bedrooms that are closed off and provide Air Conditioning, and a Smart TV in each room. There are also two bathrooms both with walk in spa like showers. Because this house is an outdoor living area, please expect to see different types of Insects or small wildlife. For Example- lizards and iguanas and birds. You may also encounter some neighborhood chickens and Roosters and cats. You will also hear the island song of the Coqui, found singing in Puerto Rico at night. *please keep in mind this is an open air living unit. It is most likely there will be insects that fly through, as well as little Geckos and Anole lizards that crawl around. It is meant to be part of nature. We do keep the bedrooms closed so there is a place to retreat if you need that, and as you sleep. There are mosquitos, we leave a starter bunch of Mosquito spray and coils and we do our best to keep the bug maintenance top notch, but please remember this is an outdoor living space meant to be with nature. Guest access Parking for this unit is in front of the Bamboo Wall in front of the house. Please no more than ONE car. More cars can park along the street. Your space is the downstairs unit. Shared spaces include- the back patio for laundry, and you can use the side yard and wander to see the flowers and fruit along the yard. Please be respectful of our neighbors and any vacationers renting the upstairs unit. Thank You. You will receive the codes for access for the gate and the code for the key lock box prior to arrival. Other things to note Please note that being so near the rain forest it can rain daily, just a short moment, so there are mosquitos. We keep repellent on hand as well a candles and OFF smoke coils. We use a fogger outside between guests to help deter them and we use mint and citrus cleaners also to help deter them. In each room is also a bug light to attract them away an kill them. Keeping your room doors and the bathroom door shut helps to keep them out of those areas. The most prominent time for Mosquitos is between 5-7 both morning and night times. Please use the containers and the fridge and the clips for all food. Do not leave food out on the counters!
