Welcome to The Lancastrian House, a centrally-located, five-bedroom, two and a half bathroom home on Prince St; just minutes of walking distance away from shops, restaurants, and activities in Downtown Lancaster. The 2,300 square foot residence is perfect for travelling families, large or small groups, or couples looking for a larger space to relax in. You will enjoy the classic looks of early century home building reimagined with a modern flair as you relax directly in the heart of Lancaster. The space The living room: Perfect for relaxing and enjoying company, furnished with accent chairs, a premium leather couch, board games for family fun, a 43" TV, and an electric fireplace to set the mood. The kitchen: Get ready to cook up a storm! We have plates, cups, utensils, spices, coffee, tea, pots and pans, and even bakeware, so that you can enjoy home cooking away from home. Bedrooms: Master: A cali-king bed, a loveseat for reading, along with a beautiful walk-in shower, with hotel-style shampoos and soaps, and a walk-in closet. Bedroom 1: One Full bed Bedroom 2: One queen bed, with access to a second-floor porch, furnished with two hanging hammock chairs for afternoon naps and reading. Bedroom 3: One bunk bed with a twin-size bed on top, and a full-size bed on bottom; a few toys and books for the kids. Bedroom 4: One queen bed, with beautiful afternoon and evening light. Bathrooms: -1 half-bath on first floor -2 full baths on second floor (one in master suite) Front porch: A small acacia bistro set, perfect for morning breakfast or an evening glass of wine. Patio and backyard: Hello summer! Here you'll find a stamped-concrete patio just recently finished with an outdoor living room, a grill for summer-cooking, a tabletop firepit, beautiful landscaping, string lights, and a hammock for relaxing.
