A unique, peaceful river front home property, Lake Tainter merges into the Red Cedar at the dam site, and the Red Cedar river then merges with Lake Menomin. Enjoy entire private lower level floor area, walk out to your private patio overlooking the beautiful Red Cedar River. Owner lives upstairs. Spend time relaxing by the water, watching eagles fly overhead, eagles nest on property. You will be able to find water access for the Red Cedar, Lake Tainter or Lake Menomin near by. The space Lower level features a gas fireplace, large 72 inch TV with dish network available for guests. Kitchenette with microwave, fridge, toaster, electric skillet, Keurig and coffee provided. Outdoor table area below and access to screen in porch above. Deer, birds can be seen daily and property features your pick of 2 firepit areas. Please note there are steps down to the water area and to the lower level. Guest access Entire fenced in area in the back of the house and of course the seating by the water. Other things to note Please pick up after your dog on the property and keep them off the furniture. Pets are not allowed to be left unattended. Please remove shoes at the door, and smoking is not allowed. Extra unpaid guests are not allowed, if you want to edit your booking please do for before arrival, it is an additional $25 for each additional guest per night, it is our attempt to make the the pricing for one guest more affordable.
