It includes a swimming pool, parking space and is steps from the "party" The space Our house is comfortable for a family or a group. The house has been rented in the past so it is fully equipped and ready to receive guests. There is plenty of room and comfortable beds for everyone. We have a Master bedroom with a Queen size bed and its own private bath. As well as two bedrooms with bunk beds and air conditioning. We have a brand new refrigerator and air conditioning unit. We recently painted certain areas to spruce the place up. The pool is a great addition to this house. End your evening with a long refreshing swim. There are plenty of beach chairs to sit around, eat, drink and laugh together. Create happy memories, minutes from the beach and boardwalk shops. Welcome to your Caribbean holiday home. Guest access The house is completely available to you and your guests while you are staying there. The house has closet space, a pool, a kitchen and living room area. All are available to you. There is a single closet by the pool that is locked with the owners personal items for cleaning and etc. The rest of the house is yours. Other things to note The house' space and pool are its greatest assets. It is perfect for a family interested in spending time together by the beach!
