1 bedroom condo on the beach with pool and hot tub

This elegant and cozy new condo is located in a small luxury resort with gym and swimming pool on the beach in San Pancho. It has a view of the beach/ocean and is beside the pool and hot tub. A 1 minute walk takes you to the heart of the village where there are great restaurants, street entertainment, coffee shops and stores. The condo has new modern furniture including a sectional sofa, dining table and bar. The terrace also has a large sofa and dining table with a view of the beach. The space In addition to comfortable modern furniture, the condo has a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, coffee maker, blender, slow cooker, toaster, knife set and to-go thermal cups for drinks by the pool. There's also a small speaker for your music. The bedroom has a king size bed and bathroom with shower. It also has a TV which can be moved around the condo. There are 2 big closets and lots of drawers. There’s a second bathroom off of the living room. The glass showers have lots of hot water and each bathroom has a chandelier! Guest access Guests have full access to the pool, hot tub, gym, gardens and lounging areas. There is underground parking for one vehicle and an elevator will take you from your car up one floor to the condo. A gate from the pool area gets you right on the beach. There are beach towels, chairs and an umbrella in the condo that you can set up on the beach! Other things to note Extra cleaning is available during your stay for 600 pesos.
