Recently built attic conversion on a quiet no-through road. A private space, which feels separate from the rest of the property with beautiful views of the Oxfordshire countryside. Modern private bathroom and a small kitchenette with microwave, mini-fridge, and tea and coffee making facilities. Close to peaceful countryside but within easy reach of Reading town centre and Reading train station. Ample parking space. Use of main kitchen, washing machine and dryer should you wish. The space The large attic room has a queen size bed (with freshly laundered linen), a desk and chair, wardrobe, drawers and bedside table, ottoman window seat, phone-charging extension cable, kettle, and tea and coffee facilities. The en-suite has a shower, toilet and sink, with fresh towels and complementary toiletries. Guest access Guest access via the main entrance. Entire use of attic and en-suite for guests. During your stay I mostly work from home so I am usually around for check-in and am happy to help with anything you need for the duration of the stay and in the run-up to it.
