BC STR Reg# H231302134 The space This executive freshly painted private suite is a fully furnished, like-new 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with high ceilings and premium finishing. King bedroom has a luxurious "Dormeo" foam mattress, with adjoining 4pc ensuite. Queen bedroom has two high quality medium-firm foam beds, smart TV with premium streaming services, large walk-in closet, and adjoining 5pc ensuite. Hand scraped hardwood floors throughout, along with silk carpeting in bedrooms. The 4-piece and 5-piece bathrooms include luxurious floor to ceiling tumbled marble showers. There is a large well-appointed kitchen with quality stainless steel appliances, as well as an induction hot plate, convection toaster oven, air fryer, rice cooker, crock pot, blender, drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee machine and full size microwave for your convenience. There is a large 6-burner gas BBQ with a side burner on the patio. The bright and comfortable living room includes two three-seater sofas and two chairs to relax and enjoy visiting. Large screen smart TV with streaming services you can log into (Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, YouTube, Amazon Music and more). Functional desk workspace, high-speed private WiFi throughout. Guests have a private walkway and patio garden area at the entrance of the suite, designed for their personal use. The lawns and areas beyond are the owners private area. Guests have two parking spaces to the right of the main driveway. in your foyer is plenty of room to securely store bikes and golf clubs etc. Our check-in is easy and private, and we are always a quick text or phone call away to help or answer questions. Should you have any reason to contact us, we are readily available to you. We live on the top two floors of our house, the suite occupies the first level.
