La Perle de Clugny – Air-conditioned lodge with pool

10 min from Deshaies and close to the beaches of Clugny, Tillet, La Perle and Grande Anse, this independent bungalow offers calm and comfort. It includes a master bedroom and a mezzanine, ideal for a couple or family with two children (not suitable for 4 adults). You can enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen, shaded terrace, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a large family pool for a relaxing vacation in Guadeloupe. The space The 25 m2 master bedroom with queen-size bedding is also equipped with a BZ sofa bed offering a real mattress and can accommodate 2 children. The mezzanine under the eaves is equipped with a 90 cm single bed for a teenager or a child over 5 years old as well as a reading and games area. We're working to stock it with books, comics, and games that match your child's age before you arrive. Access to the mezzanine is via a Japanese-style staircase, we do not recommend it for children under 5 years old. We provide a free crib with sheets and a high chair for guests with a baby. Fixed mosquito nets are integrated into each of the windows, facilitating good ventilation day and night without inconvenience. Powerful and very quiet air conditioning cools the ambient temperature of your nights and naps. For people who do not like air conditioning, a tower fan is also available in each of the bedrooms. The living area is equipped with a 55' flat-screen TV with satellite reception of 125 channels including Canal+. A DVD player is also available as well as a selection of family DVDs for loan and on request. A CD radio allows you to listen to local FM waves. The Wi-Fi is exclusive to the bungalow and allows you to surf the net and stay in touch with loved ones. The bathroom is functional with its spacious walk-in shower equipped with a rain shower head and large integrated sink. Towels are provided and changed on request during your stay. You have a hairdryer and ironing kit. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, a combined oven/microwave oven. There is also a blender, Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all the essential accessories including basic consumables (dishwashing product, sponge, absorbent paper, garbage bags, coffee filters, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar...) You have a large fridge with some complimentary refreshments, a family freezer space and, on request, a cooler with cold-storage breads for your outdoor picnics. For late arrivals, we can offer you an additional breakfast kit when you first wake up: local fruits, fruit juice, milk, coffee, tea, chocolate, bread, butter, jam, yogurt... You will enjoy a covered terrace with a table and 4 chairs, as well as a comfortable sofa and of course the essential barbecue and hammock, to be used without moderation. For lovers of idleness, enjoy the deckchairs and parasol on the sunny private terrace and cool off in the 32 m2 family pool. Pool towels are provided upon arrival. For sports enthusiasts, use the free snorkeling kits and the single-seater rigid kayak that is freely available to you as well as its transport kit. For your comfort, the entire home and outdoor living spaces are preserved from any overlooking. All windows are opaque or equipped with blinds for your privacy. We know how to be discreet but are nevertheless very attentive to the comfort and requests of our visitors. Guest access Your entrance is private, completely separate from our family entrance. The pool is shared with our family and we take care of the daily maintenance. Access is protected by a fence and a lockable security gate. Access to the pool is possible from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. in "normal" use so as not to create nuisance to our neighborhood. Children are under the supervision and exclusive responsibility of their parents. Parking space for your vehicle is available inside the property or in the immediate vicinity on the street located in the cul-de-sac. The residence is quiet and not very busy. The neighborhood is discreet and respectful. There are no pets or livestock nearby to disturb your stay.
