The Calzada House

Climate refuge in the heart of the Oja Valley, in a rural setting, close to the Sierra de la Demanda and 3 minutes from the historic center of Santo Domingo. The house has a large ground floor with parking for up to 4 vehicles, a training area and bicycles for the enjoyment of the whole family and pets. Perfect place to rest, enjoy nature and get to know Rioja's cuisine. Ideal for going with family or friends, cycling, hiking and other activities. The space The house has a 200m2 ground floor and a first floor house with a north-south orientation. On the ground floor you can enjoy parking for up to 4 vehicles, plus ample space for recreation. It has a training area (gym) as well as bicycles for the whole family. The house consists of a spacious living-dining room with smartTV and WiFi, 4 bedrooms (two with double beds), equipped kitchen and full bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, griddle, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and sandwich maker, as well as all the basic utensils to prepare your dishes. Guest access Guests will have access to both the ground floor and the first floor of the house. Other things to note Minimum stay of 2 nights. Pets are welcome.
