Located on a farm just outside of Charlbury, this amazing property is perfect for get togethers with loved ones. The space Fox at Burrow Away is a stunning Cotswold holiday home which sleeps four guests, in two bedrooms, with a family bathroom. Nestled on the owner's farm and made of honey-coloured Cotswold stone, this stunning barn conversion has beautiful oak beams, unrivalled views across the rolling Charlbury countryside and exquisite personal touches that can be found throughout. With original artwork inspired by Fox's surroundings, handcrafted soft furnishings and stylish country décor, the open plan living space with its cosy seating and well-equipped kitchen lends itself for the perfect social setting for all guests. Fox can be booked either on its own, or with Rabbit which sleeps two guests and a child in the adjacent property. Accommodation This two bedroom holiday cottage on the outskirts of Charlbury is perfectly suited for those looking for a break with family or friends, exploring the local countryside and eateries. This single storey Cotswold accommodation is laid out as follows: Kitchen/dining/living room Open plan living space with stunning rural views, electric oven and hob, fridge with ice compartment, kettle, toaster, cafetière, washing machine, iron and ironing board Dining table with seating for eight Three-seater sofa, snug chair, wood burner, coffee table with two stools, Smart TV with apps, bookcase and double doors to the garden Master bedroom (Sleeps 2) Original oak beams, super king size bed (can be two single beds on request), freestanding wardrobe, chest of drawers, table, chair, mirror and hairdryer Bedroom 2 (Sleeps 2) King size bed, chest of drawers, two bedside tables, mirror, chair and door to the patio Family bathroom Bath with overhead shower, loo, basin, mirror and heated towel rail Outside Unenclosed gravel courtyard garden at the front and lawn garden at the rear, home to an outdoor table with seating for six, parasol and gas BBQ Guest access Guest access information will be included in the welcome letter. Other things to note The maximum occupancy for this property is 4 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant (aged 2 or under) Bed linen and towels are provided Off street parking is available for up to 2 cars Electric charging point, payable directly to owner (shared with neighbouring property, Rabbit) 1 travel cot and 1 highchair are available on request (please bring your own linen for the travel cot, as this is not provided) 1 well-behaved dog is welcome for an additional £40 per booking (please see 'Things to Note...' below). Please follow the marked tracks and be aware of machinery and livestock during your stay The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property Things to Note... Events are not permitted without prior consent A security deposit is required at this property Check in is from 16:00 and check out is by 10:00 Please note this is a working farm and dogs will need to be kept on the lead at all times as the garden is not enclosed. Dogs must also be up to date with worm and flea treatment due to the proximity of livestock. There is a footpath from the property that guests are welcome to use - we recommend bringing a dog towel Please note there is CCTV located on the drive to the farm, however, there is no CCTV overlooking the property Fox is a self-contained property in the grounds where the owner lives Please note the shower is over the bath and is not walk-in
