One bedroom with a king bed has no stairs, the other 2 bedrooms have one stair to access. Step inside and be greeted by floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors that open up to a patio. The yard is a calm oasis and a great balance of sun an shade. The home has beach access through a gate in the yard and you walk to the beach through Palm Beach Park ( less than a 1 minute walk). Please note there is a starter pack of paper towel, napkins, olive oil but if you use more than what is provided (mainly for long stays) you will have to provide these additional items. 3 King Bedrooms Rest easy in the well appointed, comfortable bedrooms featuring brand new Douglas mattress's. With extra bedding, closets, and blackout blinds, these bedrooms are designed to provide a restful night's sleep. The master suite was built so it has a small foyer prior to entering thus allowing for privacy and the bathroom to be used, if you want, exclusively for this suite. Dedicated Workspace Off the master suite there is a separate TV and work space with an ocean view. 2 Full Bathrooms The bathrooms feature a full-size tub and shower, equipped with toiletries, towels, and a hairdryer. One of the bathrooms is off the master suite and is situated so it can be private or shared with your group. Palm Beach Palm Beach is a one-minute walk away from your private gate. Go through this gate and head through Palm Beach Park, straight to the beachfront. The beach is a perfect spot to witness the mesmerizing sunrise while sipping your morning coffee.
