Welcome to our home! It is a charming and bright apartment located in the heart of Paris in one of the trendiest and liveliest neighborhoods. You can stay there with a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and living room for you. Close to the most famous sites: the Opera, Le Marais, theaters... In the nearby streets, you will find trendy restaurants and shops or discover French and Parisian culture! The space The living room: It offers a comfortable space with a sofa, coffee tables and a vintage breakfast table. On one wall, a large mirror gives a chic and elegant touch. An oak bookcase and fine moldings offer a Haussmannian (typical Parisian) atmosphere in modern comfort. A small trendy sofa can be transformed into a 1.2m double bed. The Kitchen: A kitchen with wood finish and fully equipped (kettle, toaster, oven and microwave, fridge etc.). Perfect for preparing lunch before going out to visit the capital. The Room: The room is particularly well suited. A spacious mezzanine bed allows for the presence of a large work desk. The large window adds a pleasant brightness. Bathroom: A perfectly equipped bathroom, ingeniously combining a shower, toilet, sink, washing machine and two cabinets with mirror. You won't know where to look. Lighting: The apartment has two large bays overlooking the wide boulevard of Strasbourg. The street is lively during the day but the two windows have very good acoustics that will allow you to rest perfectly quietly. In the evening the boulevard empties and the nights are pleasant. There is also no risk to your safety in the area. Guest access There are two code doors and then a secure key to access the apartment. If we can't accommodate you ourselves, a lockbox is available under the porch. Codes are communicated by message.
