This villa is located in Punta Aguila, Casa de Campo (located on the 14th tee Casa de Campo’s famous Pete Dye designed Teeth of the Dog golf course) Beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable villa with swimming pool, 3 living areas, gazebo with bar and grill. Note: Pool has warm water (not to hot), uses a solar panel heater. There are 3 bedrooms in second floor and 2 bedrooms in first floor. Please note stairs have one side open, in case of small children take precaution please. The land has 1,925 m2 and 1,085m2 constructed. Close to Minitas Beach (10 minutes or less driving). Extra lot with beautiful landscaping, expansive outdoor living areas with multiple seating locations, 180 degree view of the golf course, sunset balcony, 1 Master with garden view balcony, infinity pool, heated jacuzzi, water feature entrance. Self-standing air conditioned dining room, 2 other dining rooms, game room with pool table.
