This is NOT A HOSTEL OR other kind of COMMERCIAL ACCOMMODATION. We like to share our home with you. You do not share the suite with us. Guest access → The only private space is your room, one kitchen cabinet and one fridge shelf. → kitchen, living room, laundry, bathroom and front porch. → Shared with secondary suite guests: backyard, rear deck and BBQ. Access to backyard via around the house, rear door is permanently locked. During your stay We are international couple (Russia & Mexico) sharing our home with our valued guests and Tenants. We have our own schedules but in our free time we like to socialize and get to know people. We provide you with city guidance, how to.. and when possible we like to help. Other things to note → City of Calgary Fire Department MANDATED to remove keyed locks in private rooms. Unfortunately we are unable to provide a key for your room. However, with or without locks, we have never experienced safety issues in our home. We apologize for the inconvenience the City caused all Airbnb guests. → You should expect to hear normal noise coming from secondary suite during normal day hours (quiet time shall be from 10:30pm - 7am) → If your Airbnb profile picture does not show clear face, we will ask you to send your official ID or show it to us upon arrival. Your ID should match your Airbnb profile name. → We ask all guests to disinfect used areas after themselves, we provide disinfectant solution in spray bottles in the bathroom and kitchen. → There might be potential to noise, house is shared with other guests and hosts (when visiting) and cleaning personnel → Supermarket within walking distance or 5 min drive. → House temperature during winter is set to 21.5C during day and 19.5C during night.
