Front line beach villa with direct access to the beach The space Villa in Mojacar Beach with stunning location facing the sea and direct and private access to the beach. Casa Rey is a typical and traditional construction of the area, on one floor, without access stairs or inside. The living room and two of its three double bedrooms have direct access to the huge terrace of 60 square meters facing the sea, with outdoor shower, where you can relax and enjoy the sun, the sea breeze and the spectacular views. The spaciousness and layout of the terrace allows you to adapt to the weather conditions of each moment, with more or less protected areas to tan, read a book, have an aperitif or take a nap in the sun or in the shade. In the morning you can watch the sunrise over the sea from your bed and, a minute later, take a relaxing marine bath before breakfast... The villa has two bathrooms, one of them en suite with shower and the other with bathtub. Full kitchen connected with large living room, which has a fireplace and ceiling fan. Pantry, large garage-storage room, high speed Internet connection, Wifi and TV with DVD. Casa Rey also has a hidden garden facing north, about 20 square meters, where you can shelter from the midday sun in the shade of its large palm tree or oleanders, among hibiscus, rose bushes and orange trees. The private access to the villa has ample space to park several vehicles. Casa Rey is located in one of the best areas of Mojacar Playa, with all services located less than a kilometer away: Health Center, pharmacy, supermarkets, Tourist Information Office, Catholic temple, hairdresser, vehicle workshop, several restaurants, beach bars, hotels ... and less than 15 kilometers away you can enjoy three 18-hole golf courses. The picturesque town of Mojácar, recognized as one of the most beautiful in Spain, is located just 4 kms from Casa Rey, and in the nearby environment, in addition to the Natural Park of Cabo de Gata-Níjar, there is a huge variety of destinations of tourist interest that are worth knowing. Other things to note 🐾 Pets are allowed at this property. 🚭 No smoking is permitted inside the villa. 📅 Minimum stay: 7 nights. We welcome families, couples, and mature groups aged 28 and above.The primary guest must be at least 28 years old, and all guests must agree to our strict no-party, no-event, and no-unauthorized guest policy. Please note that all arrivals to the designated meeting point after 8.00pm are subject to a 25€ charge and a 50€ charge for arrivals after 10.00pm but before midnight. Any arrivals after midnight, with prior arrangement, can collect keys from a designated key safe at our office and be provided with instructions for entry to the property, providing the full balance of the holiday and security bond have been paid in advance. Arrivals after midnight that require a meet and greet will be subject to a 75€ charge.
