Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun! Comfy living room and dining room - perfect for relaxing or drinking a cup of coffee. Our home is fully furnished with a king bed, queen bed, and twin bunk beds all with new Memory Foam Mattresses, high-speed WiFi & smart TV’s. Our home is strategically located being less than 5 minutes from Truman University, ATSU, Fast Food, or downtown. Enjoy our complimentary coffee pods, water bottles, and a few light snacks. The space Each room has extra blankets in the closet and under the bunk bed in the twin room as well as hangers and a luggage rack. The king room has a fan, ironing board, iron, & extra pillows in the closet along with 2 extra chairs for the dining room if needed. The bunk beds do have a weight restriction of 160lbs each bed, but feel free to take the mattresses off and place them on the floor if they are needed for anyone over the weight restriction. The kitchen cabinets are fully stocked with the various pots, pans, bowls, plates, cups, etc. and utensils that you need to make a basic meal. Above the stove in the cabinet, there are various seasonings that you may use. The laundry room has one washer and 2 dryers and a few complimentary detergent pods and dryer sheets. We have a 4 smart televisions but no cable or broadcast stations. With your accounts you should be able to play Netflix, ESPN, Amazon Prime, connect your cable account, etc. A fire pit is in the back yard as well as a bin with 5 outdoor folding chairs and corn hole for you to enjoy:) Only 3 vehicles permitted due to limited parking space. If you have more than that please message me and we can work something out. Guest access You will have access to the entire house except for our supply closet. There is a lockbox on the back door.
