"Chez Claire & Eric" is a charming and comfortable gîte facing the Bay of Saintes. The space Under the charm of a traditional Saintoise frame, the fully air-conditioned apartment has: - a large living/dining room with a sitting area. Wi-Fi, TV, stereo. - a fitted kitchen (4-ring stove, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster). - a bedroom with a 160 bed, sea side. - one bedroom with 2 or 3 beds of 90 (including 2 that can be joined together), garden side. - in the living room, a sleeping area can accommodate 1 or 2 beds of 90 (convertible). - a covered terrace with hammock, in a tropical garden. - bathroom with toilet, and washing machine. - a walk-in shower. - parking and outlet for electric cart. - crib with mosquito net available. - TV, Netflix Guest access Note: * Check-in and check-out times are flexible, in all cases you can drop off your luggage. * To reach your accommodation faster, ask if the boat stops at the "Fond de Curé" landing stage, it's the closest (see access map in the photos). For even more convenience, when disembarking at the "anchorage", you can call a taxi that will take you to the apartment with your luggage for about €10 to €15 (Jean Paul Taxi or Visite et Transfert Vincent Richard).
