Towing enforced. -Also available is FREE street parking (must abide by all City of Houston street parking signs) -Do NOT park in front parking spaces along 1903 Commonwealth. They belong to the commercial office building next door. 3) Additional Pet Fees Required. Please Inquire for Info! 4) The unit is located on the SECOND-FLOOR. 5) LAUNDRY: Washer & Dryer is a coin-operated / credit card-operated laundry shared by all of the tenants at the apartment complex. Please provide your laundry detergent for personal use. 6) Our units undergo pest control treatments each month. We will provide you advanced notice prior to treatment.
