Magnolia Farm has postcard views from almost every room in the home. With 10 acres of tranquillity, visit your own 100 tree olive grove for a beautiful walk on the property and discover the ultimate vista to the coast. This beautifully appointed house with a separate studio is perfect for multigenerational family holidays and large groups. Children will love the playground and everyone will enjoy spotting grazing kangaroos and koalas, often as close as the lawn outside the kitchen. The space Situated 45 minutes from Adelaide, a few minutes to historic Willunga’s high street, 10 minutes to McLaren Vale, less than 5 minutes to local vineyards and restaurants, and 15 minutes to local beaches. The house offers a welcoming open-plan layout, single story with no steps, making it appropriate for all members of the family. There are five bedrooms in the main house, two with king-size beds, two with queen-size beds, and one featuring two bunk beds (double on the bottom, single on the top) ideal for children. Another queen bed is available in the detached studio, along with a dedicated workspace, lounge area & kitchenette. The primary bedroom features an ensuite, while all other bedrooms including the studio share the ultra spacious main bathroom fitted with a large corner bath and double vanity. The living area offers ample space to unwind and socialise on the sofa or around the piano, while a separate lounge area near the entrance has a large sofa, gorgeous views, and a TV for laidback movie nights. Ducted-zoned reverse cycle air-conditioning is available to keep the home comfortable year-round. In the cooler months, get cozy and light a fire in the combustion fireplace. Outside, kids will enjoy the playground and the whole family can bask in ambient nights around the fire pit. When you're not sampling nearby wineries and restaurants, visit the Willunga Farmers Market on a Saturday morning and make the most of the fully equipped kitchen and share meals around the dining table or at the breakfast bar. Extensive windows maximises this idyllic setting, with views overlooking the surrounding landscape all the way out to the glittering ocean on the horizon. Our outdoor area is an entertainers delight, featuring a 5 burner gas BBQ and a huge timber outdoor dining table with plenty of room for everyone to gather around under the festoon lights watching the stunning sunsets.
