The downstairs space is comprised of the Lounge/Conference Room complete with extendable board room table (3.6 to 6.6m in length), with Herman Miller Aeron chairs and ample comfortable sofas/armchairs for when the meetings are over; Dining room, conveniently located next to the Kitchen, overlooking the front lawn and views of the valley below; A separate Study/Break Out Room, handy to have those smaller meetings or private conversations; and a Games Room with a new 8x4’ Pool Table. There are two recently refurbished detached cottages, each with 4 self contained bedrooms with stylish ensuites. Each bedroom has unique décor with furnishings to match the country cottage style. The ensuite bathrooms are equipped with either double shower roses or a shower cubicle and a bath. All buildings are surrounded by extensive verandahs and seating to enjoy the views from each guest room. There are three functional fireplaces to keep you warm and cosy in the winter months. You will also find an outdoor pool table, table tennis table, 12 seater outdoor setting and BBQ under the verandah of the main house. If you are thinking of getting married at the property, the front lawn is an idyllic place to hold the ceremony. It can seat 50+ guests with standing room for another 70 or so. The stunning backdrop of the vineyards and the hills of the Barossa Valley is second to none. The wall-lined rear lawn area is approximately 22m x 15m and can easily accommodate a large marquee for 120 guests with space for dance floor and band. Guest access Guests will enjoy full access to all buildings and lawn areas. Other things to note The Barossa Valley is an internationally acclaimed wine region with many high profile wineries and cellar door tastings. Why not take the opportunity to enjoy a wine and/or food tour with one of the local operators. There are also many café’s, produce outlets (such as Maggie Beer’s), bakeries and restaurants close at hand. The property is under an hours drive to/from Adelaide airport. There is parking for at least 15 cars adjacent to the buildings. For larger events parking can be arranged, out of view, in one of the front paddocks. A selection of mountain bikes are also available for use, with prior approval. There is nearby access to a range of popular sealed bicycle trails.
