The space We are located on Lake Powell which is the largest coastal dune lake in North America. You can paddleboard from our neighborhood dock to the beautiful emerald beaches of the Gulf of America. Our community is in the middle of all the beach action, but quietly tucked away. It's perfect for getting the peace and quiet you deserve on your next vacation. The lovely interior of this condo and the exterior of the condo building were both completely renovated in 2019.  The interior includes stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, wide plank flooring, and shiplap accent walls. This condo is fully furnished, and the kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials.  Enjoy a day on the beach and a relaxing evening on the patio with views of the lake. We have 2 pools, so enjoy! What's nearby: Everything you need is close by including grocery, pharmacy and dining. We are 1 mile away from the the pristine sands of Inlet Beach with many beach amenities. Camp Helen State Park is 1/2 mile away where you can rent a kayak or paddleboard and find your way to the beach. 30A (2 miles east) has an abundance of shopping and excellent dining as does Pier Park (east of us). The new 30Avenue (right up the street) has become a favorite of many with several restaurants and shopping.
