Typical half-timbered Normandy house, former wine press. Surrounded by nature and a large one-hectare garden, sheep and cows will be your neighbors. You will be charmed by the birdsong and the calm that reigns there (even if you are never completely sheltered from the sound of a combine harvester or a lawnmower... it's the countryside!) Located in the small village of Saint George du Mesnil, you will be 40 minutes from Honfleur and the sea. The house is rented for a maximum of 6 people. The space This is an old half-timbered press, 1 floor, no room on the ground floor, located in a hamlet of 4 houses. Other things to note The house is located in Mesnil St Jean, on the border of Eure and Calvados, you will enjoy multiple hikes in the surroundings, Château d'Harcourt and its beautiful arboretum, Château du Champ de Bataille, its golf course, the descent of the Risle by kayak from Pont Audemer, the charm of the surrounding Norman villages: Pont Audemer, Cormeilles, Bec Helloin, you will enjoy Norman products.
