It’s the perfect peaceful getaway for up to 4 guests, offering breathtaking sunrises, quiet evenings, and space to unwind. Just a short drive from Door County, you’ll have easy access to its charming wineries and local shops. Note: This is a cabin experience — rustic, relaxed, and designed for those who appreciate simplicity and nature over polish. Several charter options are nearby. ⸻ Sleeping Arrangements Sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably: • Bedroom 1: Queen bed • Bedroom 2: Full bed + Twin bed ⸻ Bathrooms • One full bath with stand-up shower • One half bath ⸻ Kitchen Fully stocked with everything needed to cook at home: Pots, pans, plates, silverware, utensils, toaster, microwave, crock pot, baking sheets, and more. ⸻ Internet, TV & Gaming • Wi-Fi is provided, but speeds vary due to the remote location. Since we use satellite for internet the connection can be disrupted during inclement weather. • TV with Roku, antenna, and a PlayStation 4. (Streaming apps like Netflix, Prime Video, and HBO available — log in with your own credentials.) • Cellular reception is limited; AT&T and Verizon usually get one bar. Cellular service is not guaranteed. Use Wi-Fi calling when possible. ⸻ Pets • Dogs are welcome! Please clean up after them. • Keep dogs south of the fence to the north (neighbor’s boundary); the forested property to the south is fine for exploration. ⸻ Outdoor Spaces • Two decks and 150 feet of private lakefront • Hammock and fire pit • Additional firewood may be purchased from neighbors to the north if our supply runs low ⸻ We Provide: • Dish soap, hand soap, shower soap. • Starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags • Towels and linens • One window AC unit (in the lake-facing bedroom) ⸻ Not Provided: • Washer and dryer • Dishwasher • Cable TV ⸻ Additional Notes • No parties or indoor smoking • All guests must be listed in the reservation • Please respect the neighbors to the north — the fence marks the boundary Note: Lake Michigan is ever-changing — sometimes there’s a sandy beach, sometimes just shoreline. Either way, you’ll enjoy access to the lake Guest access The entire house and property except for the garage. Other things to note • The indoor fireplace is ornamental—it does work, but it’s a bit finicky. We don’t include it in the rental to avoid frustration. The outdoor fire pit is great for s’mores or stories. • You’re in nature, which means you may encounter bugs, critters, or even the occasional curious raccoon. We recommend bringing bug spray and keeping food sealed or indoors. • If you’re unsure whether this is the right fit for you, we suggest reading reviews from past guests.
