Casa 42 is a 5-bedroom house with 5 AC that can accommodate up to 15 guests and is about 5 km from the city center. 10 guests will be sleeping on 6 beds and the other 5 guests will be on the travel beds. All 4 bathrooms have hot water. Towels, bath amenities, iron & a washing machine are provided. A Rice cooker, microwave, BBQ grill pan & cutlery are available. Netflix, TV & Wifi are free. A carport for 2 cars is available (size 5 x 6 m) Maximum car height for entrance is 2.4 meters. The space Location and Surrounding : Our guesthouse is nestled within a serene housing complex, surrounded by friendly residents. We are not located on a bustling main street but on a quieter side street, offering a calm and peaceful environment with minimal traffic noise and fewer distractions. If you are looking for a calm and peaceful location with less vehicular traffic and fewer surrounding activities, yet still close to the city center, this could be the ideal place for you. Vehicle Size Guidelines : To enter the housing complex, your vehicle should not be taller than 2.4 meters. Please consult your car rental provider or your tour provider first before making any reservation, as we are not responsible for providing parking spots for any vehicle that cannot access our housing complex. We do not recommend our guests go with cars taller than 2.4 meters and parking spots for extra-large vehicles are unavailable in our area. Failing to meet the size of the vehicle may cause an unpleasant experience as you have to walk from the Security Post to the house to a certain distance with your belongings (luggage etc), find parking spots by yourself, and may cause disturbance to the neighborhood. The street is not very wide, but it should be sufficient for two cars to pass through simultaneously, as the street width is approximately 4.2 meters. Parking Guidelines : Carport parking can accommodate 2 cars. For your information, the size of carport parking is 6 (length) x 5 (width) meters. It is not best to park on the street to prevent traffic issues; however, if necessary, please let us know so we can help coordinate with the security personnel. Residential & Noise Guidelines : Activities that may cause disturbance to the neighbors such as karaoke, parties, drunks, disruptive behaviors, loud noise, or loud music are prohibited at all times. Illegal activities such as prostitution, adultery, gambling, drunk, drugs and other misconducts that violating the law and community rules are prohibited and will be reported to the local authorities. Alcohol consumption is also prohibited on the premise. To respect neighbors and to maintain a peaceful environment we also have quiet hours policy from 8 PM to 8 AM. We also do not condone adultery and other disrespectful activities outside of marriage at this property. Our guesthouse is located approximately 50 meters away from the Mosque. You may hear daily prayer calls from the speaker, which can be unwanted noise for some guests. However, to ensure you have a comfortable stay, we provide earplugs when you request them. Please ask our Housekeeper for assistance. The Interior Building : The guesthouse is a two-story building with a 250 square meter width area. It features high ceilings and an open-plan layout. The 1st floor : 2 Bedrooms with 2 Air Conditioning 1 King Bed and 1 Queen Bed 2 modern Bathrooms with Hot Water. The main living room: 2 Large Couch and 1 Reclining Seat. Spacious and can comfortably accommodate many guests. The 2nd floor : 3 Bedrooms with 3 Air Conditioning. 2 Queen Bed & 2 Single Beds. 2 modern Bathrooms with Hot Water The Laundry Room : A laundry room with a washing machine, iron, detergent liquid, and laundry hangers is available on the 2nd floor. The Workspace and smaller living rooms are also located on the 2nd level. Balconies are located on the 2nd floor at the front and back of the house. If the weather permits, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains from the front balcony. Guests Limit : We can only accommodate up to 15 guests. 10 will be sleeping in 5 bedrooms with 6 beds, while the other 5 will be sleeping in travel beds. Please indicate the number of guests in your Airbnb booking, including adults, children, and infants, so we can provide the necessary amenities such as travel beds and towels. Travel beds (floor mattresses) will only be available for guests who booked in the app of more than 10 guests. The extra charge for guests of more than 10 persons is IDR99.000 per person per night (this will automatically added to the Airbnb booking system when you book for more than 10 guests) Cleaning Service Policy : Deep cleaning is conducted for every new guest and we will provide fresh bedding and towels for every new guest. Guests with long stays or more than 3 nights can request a change of bedding, towels, bath mats, and cleaning services will be conducted on day 4 of stays. We do not offer daily cleaning services during your stay. Cleaning supplies are available at the house. Cleaning is performed once the guests have checked out or for the guests who have more than a 3-night stay. Additional fees or charges may be applied for any extra cleaning services that requested outside the schedule. We might change rugs/carpet, plants, or other things at the property so you may find it a bit different compared to the pictures taken. Shooting or Photoshoot Policy: Shooting or photoshoot shall only be conducted upon prior permission from us and must follow the house rules. Number of shooting crews shall not exceed 15 persons. Extra charge of IDR750.000 per night will be applied separately for shooting or photoshoot purposes conducted at our property. Please contact us before making any booking for any shooting or photoshoot activities. Fail to report any shooting/photoshoot activities will be reported to Airbnb and extra charges may applies. Thank you. Guest access All of the guesthouse space can be accessed by guests and a smart lock password will be given 24 hours before check-in time. Other things to note Self-check-in through the smart lock is available. Passwords will be given after the reservation is confirmed. Vehicle size should not be taller than 2.4 meters to enter the housing complex and we are not responsible for providing parking spots for vehicles that cannot enter the housing complex. Failure to meet the size of the vehicle may cause discomfort as you may walk quite far from the Security Post to the house with all your belongings (luggage etc) and may disturb the neighborhood. The housekeeper who lives not far from the Guesthouse may provide help/assistance during check-in or your stay.
