Modern, quiet and safe. Two queens size beds, two king single beds, lounge, quality appliances, etc. Whether it’s business trip, holiday or just a fantastic weekend away, here is the perfect setting for friends, families and business/leisure travellers. It's A Smart Choice for up to 7 persons stay. The space We actually have 4 beds. There's a queen bed in every bedroom and a extra king-single bed in the garage's 'bedroom 4' . Three good size bedrooms plus a simply renovated'bedroom4' in the garage, the main bedroom with walk in robe and its own ensuite bathroom and bedroom 3 with a built in robe. The main bathroom of bedroom2&3 is very generous in size and provides a separate bath tub and separate shower. The laundry is also separate. The garage was turned into a sunroom for drying sheets and an extra 'bedroom4' which is suitable for large families or groups that need extra sleep area which worth noting is under the main roof&ceiling with air-conditioner doesn't cover that area. There is plenty of space in the front garden to securely park serval cars. The North facing open plan kitchen, dining and living room provides loads of natural light and spills out through sliding doors to the paved outdoor garden. The kitchen is equipped with all the modern conveniences one would expect including pantry,stainless steel appliances and dishwasher. Guest access You will have access to the entire house. Other things to note 1. If you are not satisfied with the cleanliness of the property upon arrival, we will arrange a cleaner to address your concerns within 4 hours. *Any issues with cleanliness must be brought up to the host within 4 hours of check-in and must allow for remediation. No refunds will be allowed if remediation is not permitted. 2. The house is professionally cleaned each stay, the guest is requested to return the property in a neat and tidy manner on check out - any damages, or excess cleaning will be charged to the guest. 3. Lost and found property ‘lost and found stuff’ will be kept for up to two weeks. If guests approach us for the ‘lost and found stuff’, please provide your current residential address and we can post it for you. However, guests are responsible for the postage fees.
