Open concept main space with 2 sleeper sofas- one located at each end of floorplan. Full kitchen. Residence is seperate from Studio Space. Guest access All studio floorspace is yours. We have 2 locked closets- One in the main area for personal and paint party art supplies and the other off of the kitchen for general cleaning and studio re-stocking supplies. Other things to note This is a functioning, group painting studio space. Samples of past parties are all around. Please be mindful, especially if children are present.
