Our peaceful villa is located between the city and countryside in Carpentras and has an enclosed garden ensuring your tranquility. This location will allow you to discover in 30 minutes: Mont Ventoux, the Dentelles de Montmirail, the Monts du Luberon, Provencal villages such as Gordes, Saumane, Fontaine de Vaucluse, Isle sur la Sorgue and the City of Popes, Avignon. Spirou Park is 10 minutes away, as well as WAVE ISLAND Water Park. The space The villa was built in 2019, it is modern and perfectly equipped: kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso and classic coffee maker, dishwasher, stove, oven, large refrigerator freezer. The outdoor plancha allows you to vary the pleasures. Its refreshing floor allows you to avoid suffering from the heat as does its private pool of 7 m by 3.5 m and 1.40 deep, which regularly reaches more than 30 degrees in summer. In winter, its heated floor will ensure a regular and uniform temperature of 22 degrees. Linens and towels are provided as well as dish linens and beds are prepared upon arrival for your comfort. A washing machine and outdoor dryer are also available. Both bathrooms each have a hair dryer. The garden is perfectly fenced for the safety of children and animals, and the pool is equipped with an alarm. It will have a heating system as of May 1, 2024.
