The space Warren Beach Rentals is proud to represent Grand Panama Resort 501 This Elegantly remodeled 3 Bedroom features the largest outdoor living area in the resort, and is a corner unit on the west end of the gulf front tower with incredible views that defy description. The unit offers a large Gulf front master with king bed and ensuite bath that spills out onto the spacious outdoor veranda. Floor to ceiling glass make sure you have forever views from the master. The living area also has direct access to the balcony and views from every angle of the beach, sunsets, coastline and crystal clear sparkling water of the gulf. In fact windows surround the living, dining, and kitchen areas and bathe the area in natural light. This is only available on the corner units. The living area is graced by coastal casual furniture that is both functional and elegant and ever so comfortable. Step into the modern kitchen and you will find everything you need, including all small appliances and utensils, including new frying pans, coffee maker and 4 slice toaster. Enjoy your morning coffee at the kitchen island, or make a full breakfast to enjoy at the separate dining space. There is a NEW, large Smart TV and ample seating, which is perfect for movie nights. Step out onto your balcony and you can dine at the table, or relax with sunset cocktails in one of the chairs. The view is AMAZING! The are 2 additional Guest rooms. Guest Room one has a Queen bed, with lots of light and a large window with views of the ocean. Guest room 2 also offers a queen bed and city views. For additional sleeping there is also a Bunk Area with 2 Twin beds- perfect for the kids! This property also has a Full- size sleeper sofa in the living area if needed. This unit also includes a Washer and Dryer in the unit for your convenience. Just bring your beach towels and get ready to have some fun! Head out each day to the beach or one of the multiple pools, which are just steps away. Water sports such as sailing, jet skiing, kayaking or parasailing are located nearby, or just take a chair and relax on the beach. Enjoy the shade by the pool. Take a break in one of the many restaurants, or head to the Village of Grand Panama to do some shopping, located on the North side of the resort. Grand Panama also offers a full fitness center and event space, which can accommodate up to 120 people. There is something for everyone at Grand Panama 1-501! Pets (dog only) considered up to 25 lbs with the exception of emotional support pets. There is a $225 plus tax additional pet cost per dog and the pet must be registered in advance through the HOA. Grand Panama is the ONLY pet friendly modern condo on the gulf. Grand Panama HOA additional costs: The resort cost is $55.00. The resort cost includes 1 parking pass and wristbands for everyone in your reservation 13 and older. Wristband replacement is $10.00. Motorcycle parking is $55.00. Trailer Parking is $55.00 (only during bike week). An additional parking pass can be purchased for $35.00 during registration. Only two parking passes are allowed per unit. Guests bringing a pet to a Pet Friendly unit must register the pet in guest registration system. Pet Sleeves are $50.00 per sleeve. Garage Clearance: Main garage 7'6”: Stand alone 2-story garage 9' Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from Memorial Day until the first weekend in August. No college or high school party groups allowed. No party or event groups ( ie. takeover) without express permission. No smoking, vaping, or illicit drug use. At no time should the occupancy exceed the max posted on the site. Grand Panama allows a maximum of two dogs under 25lbs each for a $225 charge plus tax. Pet-Friendly Beach Vacations Welcome: Grand Panama is one of the few Gulf-front resorts in Panama City Beach that welcomes your four-legged family members, making it easy to enjoy a beach getaway without leaving them behind. Pet Policy: • Dogs only • Maximum of 2 dogs permitted • Maximum weight: 25 lbs per dog • Non-refundable pet fee: $225 + tax per dog HOA Registration Requirements: To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, the Grand Panama HOA requires advance pet registration prior to arrival. A pet license and identification sleeve/tag will be issued and must be worn by your dog while on the property. Important: Guests must provide current vaccination records as part of the HOA registration process. We strongly recommend obtaining these records from your veterinarian before traveling, as registration cannot be completed without them. Unfortunately, we have had guests arrive after their veterinarian's office was closed and were unable to provide the required documentation, which delayed or prevented pet registration.
