Wake up to stunning mountain views and abundant wildlife outside your door in this bespoke Designer Eco Tiny House. You can soak under the stars in the gorgeous outside bath. Enjoy the peace and privacy of this property whilst only being 8 km from Halls Gap’s cafes and restaurants. You will be able to disconnect and unwind without sacrificing comfort in this romantic stylish space. The space The tiny house is immersed in nature with large windows offering views to the north and the mountain ranges in the west. Stunning sunsets can be enjoyed from the reclaimed timber deck. You can fill the bath and enjoy a beverage under the stars, while listening to the sounds of the Grampians. Kangaroos and emus often graze close by and there is always an abundance of bird life. The comfortable queen bed looks out to the mountains and offers day / night blinds for privacy. You will be able to prepare meals in the kitchen using the induction hot plate or microwave. There’s also a BBQ available for outdoor cooking. The breakfast bar is a lovely spot for enjoying your morning coffee or meal and delighting in the views. Double glazed windows provide thermal control and there’s a split system air conditioner for when it’s too cold or warm. Showering under the big copper shower head is an experience and you can open the solar skylight for added enjoyment. The tiny house features an odorless compost toilet for reduced impact on the environment. There is a firepit and firewood available for use when it’s not fire season (May until October usually). The hosts will give you privacy, however please note that they do reside in a separate residence further along the driveway. Whilst guests are staying in the tiny house they use an alternative track to their house. Guest access Guests will have the tiny house and it’s immediate surrounds all to themselves. Guests are welcome to explore and enjoy the broader bushland and dam of the stunning 40 acre property, whilst being respectful of the neighbors. Please note that whilst guests will have privacy, the hosts reside in a separate dwelling on another part of the property. Other things to note Being in a high fire risk area it is important to be aware of the ratings each day, especially during the heat of summer. Guests are required to comply with the fire restrictions regarding when the BBQ can’t be used. On code red or catastrophic fire days bookings may be cancelled and refunded. The fire pit is only available to use outside of fire season (usually April to October).
