This cozy and beautifully decorated four-bedroom house offers a breathtaking sunset view over the bay, creating the perfect atmosphere to unwind and relax. Our latest upgrades includes a King Size bedroom downstairs! You'll have exclusive access to a private balcony, where you can sip a glass of wine while watching the sun go down over the horizon. The sandy white beaches are 10 minutes away, boat rental places are down the street, food and grocery places are nearby. Pets are welcome. The space This home is unique, as it has a full kitchen upstairs and downstairs. There is a single King Size Bed with TV bedroom downstairs next to a bathroom with tiled shower. There are three bedrooms upstairs each with a queen size bed. There is also the living room with a large flat screen TV, and a full bath with tub and full size washer and dryer. One of the bedrooms has a television. All the rooms have ceiling fans. There is a large wrap around deck upstairs with stairs leading down to the fully fenced yard, so you can let your pets out onto the deck without worrying that they’ll run off. From the deck you can see the amazing sunsets over the St Andrew’s bay which opens up into the Gulf of America. The deck also provides a large covered front porch downstairs. A stainless steel propane grill is also included for your use along with beach umbrellas/toys. There is enough space to park a few vehicles. This home has all new furniture, water heater and AC Heat pump. Guest access The whole property is yours. Other things to note We have 4 fixed cameras mounted on the backside of our home which record the backyard and our adjoining property for security reasons. These cameras are not continually monitored and do not point towards the Airbnb. These cameras DO NOT monitor or view your parking area, doorways, windows or balconies/porches. We will always respect your privacy.
