Escape to the Blue Mountains in this cute little garden cottage! Only 10 minutes walk to the Three Sisters lookout and Katoomba town centre, this retreat offers a serene getaway amidst lush greenery. Enjoy the privacy of your own tiny studio complete with kitchenette, ensuite bathroom, and a projector for cosy movie nights! Take in the fresh mountain air while sipping your morning coffee in the secluded garden. Perfect for couples or solo travellers looking to unwind and reconnect with nature. The space The studio is a private space with its own ensuite bathroom (walk-in shower and basin) and separate toilet. There is a small kitchenette with a kettle, toaster, microwave and mini fridge. Please note there are no cooking facilities. There are plenty of wonderful restaurants, cafes and bars in Katoomba only a short walk away, as well as lots of options for takeaway. The studio has a queen size bed with super comfy mattress and memory foam topper. Freshly laundered sheets and towels are also provided. There is a Nebula projector which you can stream YouTube, Netflix, etc directly onto the wall and control from your phone for big screen movie nights! Sorry, no air-conditioning! There is a portable fan, an electric blanket on the bed as well as a very efficient gas heater to keep you toasty warm. Location: 6 minute (500m) walk to Katoomba RSL, amazing coffee shops and cafes. 12 minute (900m) walk to Katoomba town main street. 15 minute (1.3km) walk to the Three Sisters lookout at Echo Point. 20 minute (1.4km) walk to Katoomba train station. Guest access You will have full access to the studio and freedom to explore the gardens. Please note there is a separate cottage on the property which is also listed on Airbnb. The studio and cottage both have their own private entrances and outdoor spaces, but please be aware that you may see other guests coming and going, and some areas of the garden are shared.
