This luxury 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home offers a spacious private patio & garden, 2 off street parking spaces, gourmet kitchen, 3rd floor Juliet balcony, clawfoot tub & so much more! Our home can accommodate up to 6 people, 2 bedrooms on the second floor and the master suite on the 3rd floor. No parties allowed! The space Our townhouse has a lot of space for downtown, but keep in mind that there are 3 floors! The third floor is the expansive master suite. Guest access Guests will have full access to the townhome with exception to the basement, small pantry and one closet on the third floor, which are all locked. Two under the counter cabinets are also closed to house cleaning supplies. There are a plethora of available storage options for our guests, long or short term. This house has serious storage! Other things to note This is a downtown neighborhood and the neighbors are very close by. There is a sound variance in downtown Portsmouth neighborhoods that extends between the hours of 10:00pm-8:00am that we need our guests to abide by.
